Puddings are shipped by Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days. In certain cases UPS Ground is cheaper and will be used. Regrigerate or Freeze puddings after arrival and they will be good for 4-6 weeks refrigerated or 6 months frozen. We ship the puddings Monday to Wednesday so they do not have to sit in a warehouse over the weekend. They should arrive Wednesday through Saturday Orders sent after midday on Wednesday may not ship until Monday. Use the message box to specify any message.

DESCRIPTION

Luscious ginger and fresh apple cake in ginger-wine and toffee sauce–this pudding is delightful, moist and fragrant. The puddings are handmade in small batches using fresh, natural ingredients and baked in authentic individual pudding molds. Made with fresh apple, fresh ginger, candied ginger and organic ground ginger with a toffee sauce.

Difficulty sourcing the authentic ingredients has delayed the introduction of this pudding, but we've perservered and found all the special elements, including English treacle and Stone's Green Ginger Wine. We know you'll love it.

Serve with ice cream, whipping cream, a creme anglais or custard.
